The retreat host will get permission prior to each retreat to operate either one or two side by side ATVs.

Each ATV:

full of fuel, oil checked, tires checked, tire patch kit inside glove box, first aide kit inside glove box. Clean of any debris, trash, tools, head gear, etc.

Ensure both back and front porches are blown off. Clean the table on the back porch sweeping or blowing away cob webs and using a shop towel, broom, or water hose to clean the top.

Please ensure the yard is mowed, clear of any debris, trash, or tools. Weed eat the flower beds and around the house, the fire pit, and by the front gate.

It is of the upmost importance that the water collection system if full, if it is not full please use the water trailer and fill to capacity.

Please use the blower to clean off the “shelf” of rock toward nana’s falls. Trim any trees that might interfere.

Please also hang the hammock and hammock chair stored in the attic.

Deliver the wine barrel in the shop to the back porch (toward the front gate side)
