a workshop focused on cultivating gratitude

8pm - Fire Ceremony (Letting Go Ritual)
participants are encouraged to write down things they want to release and symbolically burn them.
9pm - Star gazing yoga (30 min)

7am - Sunrise flow (45 min)

9am - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Workshop
a clinically proven program for alleviating stress, anxiety, panic, depression, chronic pain, and a wide rage of medical conditions
10am - Warrior flow (60 min)

3pm - How to think and Act Dialectically
a DBT skill the encourages participants to look for both sides.
4pm - Free time
5pm - Restorative Yoga (45 min) at the pond
